ITC Aiboshi Complete Dosing System

Generally consists of one tank, one pump, and one electric stirrer to form a complete system; it can also be combined to form various structures such as two tanks with two pumps, multiple tanks with multiple pumps, and more.

Can be used for mixing, preparing, and dosing liquid, solid-liquid, and gas-liquid chemical solutions.

1. Dosing in environmental protection for wastewater and sewage treatment, mainly used in:

Wastewater and sewage treatment in cities, industrial and mining enterprises, large hotels, and restaurants.

2. Power plant in-furnace dosing: ammonia dosing in feedwater, hydrazine dosing, phosphate dosing in boiler water, coordinated control of phosphate dosing in boiler water, ammonia dosing in condensate, etc.

3. Chemical injection into boilers, mainly used in thermal power plants, chemical, metallurgical, marine, central heating, and other boiler applications.

4. Water treatment dosing: adding flocculants, coagulants, defoamers, etc., to sewage.
